Where we send

Original artwork goes anywhere in the UK, to the EU, and to a list of other countries you'll see offered at checkout. Prints are made to order by our printing partner and sent from the print works nearest to you, so they can go to most countries; if yours isn't offered at checkout, email us and we'll see what we can do. Workshops and studio time are at the studio in Screveton and nothing is posted.

What it costs

Originals within the UK: £5.99, or free on orders of £50 and over, which means every original travels free. Originals to the EU: £14.99. Originals further afield: £23.99.

Prints: the delivery charge depends on the size and where it's going, and is shown at checkout before you pay. In the UK it starts at £3.72 for a small unframed print.

How long it takes

Originals are packed by Louise and posted within five working days of your order, by a tracked service. UK delivery is usually two to three working days after that; the EU a week or so; elsewhere up to a fortnight.

Prints are printed within a few days of your order and delivered in the time shown at checkout, typically a week in the UK and Europe.

These are estimates. Post is slower around Christmas and bank holidays, and we can't control what happens once a parcel leaves us.

Tracking

You'll get an email when your order is on its way, with a tracking number where the service provides one.

Outside the UK

If you're outside the UK, your country may charge import duty or tax when the parcel arrives. That is for you to pay to the carrier or customs, and we can't predict it or collect it in advance. Prints are usually made in or near your country, so they're less likely to attract a charge than an original posted from England, but we can't promise.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email louise@louiseclark.art within 30 days with your order number and, for damage, a photograph. We'll replace it or refund you. For lost parcels, please give it 10 working days past the estimated date in the UK, or 20 outside it, before you write; most turn up.
