The Divine Feminine 2 (Original)

I drew this after a miscarriage in the summer of 2024. I'd been reading The Great Cosmic Mother and thinking about the feminine — the earth as mother, me as a mother, and not being a mother this time around. Drawing circles, and the patterns they make when they overlap, had become a quiet comfort.

With this one I wanted something like a dreamcatcher: a shape that holds. The hopes that came with that time were real, and they mattered, even though it wasn't meant to be. This is a place to keep them — held, and still sacred.

It's one of a pair with The Divine Feminine.
